A full refund or replacement product will be issued if an over-the-counter (OTC) product is damaged in shipment or if an incorrect item was sent. Replacement or refund will not apply to purchases incorrectly ordered.
Please contact our Returns Officer by e-mailing info@Oze-Pharmacy.com.au as it may not be necessary to return your items. Our Returns Officer will respond with a confirmation message and if necessary, shipment instructions for returning the item. Include your Order Number and the reason for return and whether you would like a replacement or a refund. Please note items must not be sent without contacting our Returns Officer, who will also issue a return number. Failure to provide complete information will cause delays.
