To be able to purchase goods from Oze-Pharmacy you have to registered with us and logged in to your account.
Registering
To register click on 'Create an Account' on the top left of all pages and proceed to fill in the patient registration form. The information in this form, such as medical conditions and other medication, allows us to ensure the medication you have ordered is safe. In some cases we may need to contact your doctor. Although not compulsory, it will be useful if you could include your doctor's details when registering.
Note: You can always specify an alternative delivery address for each order you make once you are registered. You are not bound by the address we ask for in the registration form.
Log in
When you register with us, you will be asked to choose a login ID and password. You only need register on your first visit to Oze-Pharmacy, and in subsequent visits you can use your login ID and password to log in to your account, and thus be able to make an order, without having to fill in any more forms.
If you forget your password, we can give you the password reminder phrase you gave when you registered. |
