In order to go to the Check Out Page you must be logged into the site. If you do not have an account, please click on 'Create an Account' and fill out the Patient Registration form.
Similarly, if you have no items in your Shopping Basket, you cannot proceed to the Check Out.
The Check Out Page displays the contents of your Shopping Basket, but you will be unable to delete them or change their quantity.The total price of the order will be displayed inclusive of postage (depending on locality) and handling.
Below this is a text box for submitting an Alternative Delivery Address along with your order. Leave this box blank if you wish your order to be sent to the address you gave when you registered with us.
You must then choose a Payment Method, and then hit 'Submit Order Form'. |
