Information on how
to enter and regarding prizes forms part of the conditions of entry.
Entry is
free and entry is available at www.ozepharmacy.com.au
. A fully completed entry with valid entry number included must be provided to
validate the entry. Entry is available to all residents of Australia except OZE-Pharmacy
employees (and their families).This promotion begins on 1st of January
2012 and closes at the close of trade on the 1'st of March 2012. The draw will
take place at OZE-Pharmacy, shop 10 / 18 Victoria Avenue, Castle Hill on Saturday
the 6'th of March 2012 at 4.00pm. One valid entry will be drawn by the
authorised nominee. The Promoters decision is final and no correspondence will
be entered into. All entries remain the property of the Promoter. The OZE-Pharmacy
customer prize comprises 1 x new Holden Barina Spark CD 1.2 Litre 5 speed manual
car, including 12 months registration & stamp duty and dealer delivery.
Insurance, additional
options and ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner. If a person
under the age of 18 wins, the prize will only be delivered to a parent or
authorised guardian over the age of 18. The Promoter shall not be liable for
any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to
direct or consequential loss) or any personal injury suffered or sustained in
connection with the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by
law. The prize will be delivered by the 1st of June 2012. Total
prize is valued at no more than $14 750. The prize is not transferable or
redeemable for cash. The Promoter will conduct further draws if the entry is
not complete in the first instance, or if unclaimed after three months. The
second draw, if the prize is unclaimed after three months, will be conducted at
OZE-Pharmacy, Castle Hill on the 2nd of July 2012 at 9am. Initial winners will
be notified by telephone, in writing, by email and a public notice will be
placed on the OZE-Pharmacy website (www.ozepharmacy.com.au)
and in the entry winner's local newspaper by the 16th of March 2011.
Participation in this competition confirms your acceptance of all terms and
conditions of entry. The information requested on the entry form will be used
and may be disclosed to the Promoters agents for the purposes of proper conduct
of the competition and the promotion of OZE-Pharmacy. The Promoter reserves the
right to withdraw in-complete or invalid entries. Any liability for
Commonwealth, State or other taxes imposed on prizes received in this program
will be the responsibility of prize winners and not the Promoter. The Promoter
